Anthony has experience in all areas of family law including divorce, child custody, spousal support, child support, alimony, property and debt distribution, protection from abuse, appellate practice, legal disputes between non-marital couples, and grandparent rights.
In court, Anthony regularly litigates complex family law issues. These issues include business valuations, complex income analysis, retirement account analysis, complex valuation, complex asset discovery and division, uncovering assets, psychological issues and evaluations, drug and alcohol issues, constitutional issues, parent relocation, emergency injunctive relief, freeze asset orders, and multiple state jurisdictional issues.
Anthony has been recognized throughout Pennsylvania for his work in the field of family law and family law litigation. Anthony’s accomplishments include:
- One of two family law attorneys selected state-wide as at-large members of the Executive Committee of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section.
- Selected to the Pennsylvania Bar Association Council
- Selected by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars
- Selected as a member of the Dauphin County Family Law Council
- Adjunct professional of Family Law at the Widener University Commonwealth Law School.
- Co-Chairs the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section Rules Committee, which gives guidance on a state-wide basis regarding rule and laws that affect domestic litigation
- Has presented at more than 20 educational programs for attorneys
- Has authored or co-authored more than 25 publications on the topic of family law
Anthony has taught and published a wide variety of family law topics and how other areas of the law impact family law, including criminal issues in family law matters, drug and alcohol testing, valuation of assets, division of assets, alternate dispute resolution, marital settlement agreements, custody agreements, immigration issues in family law, parent relocation, retirement issues, and complex valuation and distribution issues.
Anthony is an active leader in family law on a local level. Anthony has served on the board of the Dauphin County Bar Association and currently serves on the Dauphin County Court Relations Committee. Anthony recently taught a local course regarding the Pennsylvania Divorce Code and the Dauphin County Rules of procedure. Anthony previously clerked in the York County Court, and maintains several connections in the York County legal community. Anthony is a member of the Cumberland County Bar Association family law section, and recently presented a CLE to the Cumberland County family law attorneys regarding support practice.
